Booking

You must pay in-full in order to confirm your booking at Eco Beach Camp. Reservations are only valid when payment is registered in Eco Beach Camp’s bank account.

All prices include 25% VAT.

Extra Guests

Our Classic and Dunes Glamping tents can sleep two to four people: a double bed and two single beds. Pricing is per person. Please let us know in the booking comments how many children there will be, so we can make the bedding accordingly. Children aged 3 and under are free, however you will have to provide your own bedding for your smallest ones.

Interrupted stay

If the entire reservation period is not utilized, due to late arrival or in case of early departure, no refund will be given.

Payment options

We accept Visa, Dankort, MobilePay and Mastercard.

Regarding Covid-19 Restrictions:

Should the unfortunate situation arise that Denmark is under lockdown and we are prevented from operating Eco Beach Camp, a full credit voucher will be issued to you for future booking. This does not apply to a Swedish lockdown, as we hopefully anticipate that transit to Bornholm via Sweden will continue to be permitted. Should passage via Sweden be prevented, we would refer you to alternate Danish transport options, e.g. ferry via Køge. Cancellation

>30 days prior to stay: Full refund

30-22 days prior to your stay: 75% of your booking is refundable.

21-15 days prior to your stay: 50% of your booking is refundable.

14-8 days prior to your stay: 25% of your booking is refundable.

7-0 days prior to your stay: Your booking is lost and non-refundable.

Do you wish to move your stay, this must also happen >30 days prior to your arrival.

We recommend having a cancellation insurance with your own insurance company that covers losses due to any sudden illness, accidents or the like.

Changing Dates

Cleaning

Eco Beach Camp staff will clean and maintain the kitchen area, shower facilities and bathrooms.

You must at all times make sure to clean up after yourself, be respectful and leave everything as you would like to receive it.

Regulations

When staying at Eco Beach Camp, the camping code of conduct must be observed and the camp manager’s instructions must be followed. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the camp site and the stay will be cancelled without refund.
