Booking
You must pay in-full in order to confirm your booking at Eco Beach Camp. Reservations are only valid when payment is registered in Eco Beach Camp’s bank account and you receive your booking confirmation email.
All prices include 25% VAT.
Extra guests
Our Meadow and Dunes tents can sleep two to four people: a double bed and two single beds. Please let us know in the booking comments how many children there will be, so we can make the bedding accordingly. Children aged 3 and under are free. If you require a cot, please let us know in the booking comments – we would be happy to arrange this for you.
Interrupted stay
If the entire reservation period is not utilized, due to late arrival or in case of early departure, no refund will be given.
Cancellation
A full refund is given, except for the administration fee, if a cancellation is requested 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellation within 30 days of check-in warrants no refund.
Should you wish to reschedule your stay, this must also happen more than 30 days prior to check-in. Rescheduled bookings can only be made within the same season.

We recommend having a cancellation insurance with your own insurance company that covers losses due to any sudden illness, accidents or the like.
Cleaning
Eco Beach Camp staff will clean and maintain the kitchen area, shower facilities and bathrooms.
You must at all times make sure to clean up after yourself, be respectful and leave everything as you would like to receive it.
Regulations
When staying at Eco Beach Camp, the rules and the camp manager’s instructions must be followed. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the camp site and the stay will be cancelled without refund.
