Booking To confirm your booking at Eco Beach Camp, the full amount must be paid. Your reservation is only final once the payment has been registered in our bank account and you have received a confirmation email. All prices include 25% VAT.
Additional Guests Our Meadow and Dunes tents accommodate between two and four people and are equipped with one double bed and two single beds. Please remember to note in the booking comments how many children are joining, so we can prepare the appropriate sleeping arrangements.
Children under 3 stay for free. If you need a baby cot, it can be added during the booking process.
Interrupted Stay If your full reservation period is not used, for example in the case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be given.
Cancellation You will receive a full refund minus an administration fee if you cancel no later than 30 days before check-in. If cancellation occurs within the last 30 days before check-in, the amount will not be refunded.
If you wish to rebook your stay, this must also be done more than 30 days before check-in. Rebooking can only take place within the same season. To cancel, please contact us at EBC@kadeau.dk.
We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance through your own insurance provider, which covers illness, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
Cleaning Eco Beach Camp staff will take care of cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area, shower facilities, and toilets. We kindly ask that you always tidy up after yourself, show consideration, and leave everything as you would like to find it.
